| • | Meet with the Bride for the initial consultation |
| • | Meet with the Bride 1-2 months prior to wedding for wrap-up, to develop ceremony & reception timeline & event details |
| • | Vendor Referral List, based on budget and style |
| • | Review any signed wedding vendor contracts with Bride |
| • | Contact the vendors the Bride has contracted with to review details |
| • | Create Bride's wedding day schedule |
| • | Create a wedding ceremony and reception timeline for the Bride and vendors |
| • | Fax or e-mail timeline to Bride and vendors |
| • | Attend and direct the rehearsal |
| • | Arrive at least 2 hours prior to ceremony and remain for reception |
| • | Manage wedding vendors at ceremony and reception |
| • | Distribute payments for unpaid balances to wedding vendors |
