Site Rental includes:
- Exclusive use of the Lone Star Wedding Ranch with its beautiful outdoor dance floor & deck that surrounds the Reception Hall and overlooks the lake
- 4 hours for ceremony & reception
- 2 hours weekday evening rehearsal
- Bride's cottage for dressing
- Groom's cottage for dressing
- Tables, chairs, white linens on your tables
- Choose the Gazebo that will suit your taste. All Gazebos overlook the lake.
- Property available for Bridal and Engagement Photos
- Servers are not included

- Punch, coffee & water (unlimited quantities)

A non-refundable security deposit of $1,000.00 will be required to hold your date. I will customize any wedding & reception package to fit your individual style and budget.For all Alcohol served at the Ranch, $300.00 will be charged for security.
